Our touring exhibition “Signs of the Intangible” will arrive at its 2nd venue, JIC Hall / Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago on 1st November (running till the 28th /co-organized by Media Art League and Japan Camera Industry Institute).
On the evening of the 13th, Miro Ito will hold her artist’s talk at the JIC Hall (@6:00PM) opening words by Consul-General Naoki Ito. Two of her movie shorts will also be featured and Shunso, dancer etraordinaire, will perform “Gigaku Ballet” that evening.
On 16th November, Miro is invited to hold a lecture hosted by Northwestern University.
We consider it an honour and a blessing to be able to send out a message that acknowledges and celebrates the unity of our hearts by introducing Japan’s 1400-year history of performing arts.
We are very much looking forward to the opportunity to hold two lectures to the exhibition in Chicago this fall.
